The Valle Romano Resort holiday apartments presented at FITUR 2012

The international tourism trade fair FITUR 2012 is to be held from 18th to 22nd January at IFEMA (Madrid) and the Valle Romano Resort holiday apartments will be there under the umbrella of the Malaga – Costa del Sol tourist authority with a 350 square-metre stand in the Andalusian exhibition area in IFEMA pavilion 3, stand 3CO2B.

 FITUR represents the meeting place for tourism professionals to establish their lines of work, strategies and business alliances in order to boost and reinforce the holiday business by innovating to meet the changing demands of the market.

The Holiday Apartments, planned to come into operation in spring 2012, are to be presented to the press and industry during the fair.

The resort has 430 spacious, high-standard 3-key apartments equipped with all the comforts to enjoy unforgettable holidays. The complex features WIFI cover for free Internet access in the apartments and shared areas. Most of the sun terraces boast exceptional views of theMediterranean sea, the mountains (Sierra Bermeja) or the golf course.

At last year’s FITUR, the trend towards recovery in the tourist industry was confirmed, with 10,434 companies from 166 countries and regions exhibiting and 209,260 visitors, including both industry professionals and the public. They all came together to turn leisure into business and business into development for the destinations to which the millions of travellers go. Moreover, among the attendance figures, attention should also be drawn to the presence of 7,726 journalists from 59 countries, a level of interest which confirms the importance of FITUR on the international circuit of trade fairs in the industry.
