Fitur receives Valle Romano Resort Holiday apartments with great expectation

Last Thursday, the manager of Valle Romano Resort Holiday Apartments, Jesús Ferrándiz, launched the new resort in Estepona at Fitur, which is expected to open in spring 2012.

Accompanied by a further two managers from the complex, Úrsula Villanueva (Sales Manager for the property development area) and Ildefonso Esquivel (Golf Manager), Ferrándiz made it clear that “the most important thing at Valle Romano Golf & Resort is the customer, which is why we also provide them with great promotional offers to ensure that nothing prevents them from enjoying a few days’ rest at the Estepona resort.”

Valle Romano Resort comprises 430 spacious apartments with a 3 key rating, equipped with all creature comforts to ensure an unforgettable holiday. The complex boasts free-of-charge Internet WIFI access in apartments and common areas. Outstanding views can be enjoyed over the Mediterranean, the mountains (Sierra Bermeja) and the golf course from most terraces.  “For all these reasons and many more, we hope to make this complex the leading reference point for tourism on the Costa del Sol”, Jesús Ferrándiz pointed out, in so doing thanking the Councillor for Tourism at the Estepona Town Hall, Marina Segovia, for attending.

An original sensory experience was provided during the presentation for tour operators and the press in which those present enjoyed the 5 senses for a few minutes, during the course of which sensations and emotions evoking Estepona were recreated. The Valle Romano team conveyed a sense of the calm and well-being afforded by the Costa del Sol via music, touching sand and tasting olives.

A stay for two people at Valle Romano Resort was raffled at the end of the presentation with a golf package including green fee, buggy and buffet lunch which was won by Jesús Barrera.

The 2012 Fitur International Tourism Fair took place from 18th to 22nd January at IFEMA (Madrid), and the Valle Romano Resort, under the patronage of the Malaga –Costa del Sol Tourist Board, was in attendance with a 350 square metre stand within the Andalusia exhibition area in pavilion 3.

Although exact dates will not be made known for another month, by way of an initial assessment the Fitur Management has  claimed that the fair would appear to be up by 2% in terms of professional visitors so far. In addition to this increase, it has drawn attention to the quality of the wide and interesting range of events, lectures and presentations which once again have helped to confirm Fitur’s commitment to promoting tourism on the Costa del Sol.
